Re-finishing and painting kitchen cabinets includes the following:

• Lightly sanding of cabinets
• Washing the cabinets
• Apply touch-up stain when needed
• Apply one coat of oil-based primer
• Apply up to 3 coats of semi- or high-gloss oil-based enamel
• Apply up to 2 coats of either semi- or high-gloss marine varnish
